We support children and adults who have difficulty pronouncing sounds clearly, speaking fluently, or being understood by others. Therapy focuses on improving speech clarity, sound production, and overall confidence in communication.
Language difficulties can affect understanding, expressing ideas, following instructions, or building sentences. We work on developing vocabulary, sentence structure, comprehension, and functional communication skills for everyday life, school, and work.
Some people find social communication challenging - such as taking turns in conversation, understanding body language, or making and keeping friends. We help build practical social communication skills to improve confidence and connection with others.
Feeding challenges can include extreme picky eating, anxiety around food, limited food variety, or difficulty trying new textures. We use a supportive, pressure-free approach to help expand food choices, improve mealtime experiences, and reduce stress around eating.
Swallowing difficulties can occur in both children and adults and may affect safety, nutrition, and quality of life. We assess and treat swallowing problems to make eating and drinking safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
Stuttering can impact how smoothly speech flows and how confident someone feels communicating. Therapy focuses on improving speech fluency, building confidence, and developing strategies to communicate effectively in everyday situations.
After a stroke, brain injury, or neurological condition, communication can be affected in many ways - including speaking, understanding, reading, writing, or thinking of words. We provide personalised therapy to help rebuild communication skills and independence.
Voice therapy supports people who experience voice strain, hoarseness, voice loss, or vocal fatigue. This includes professional voice users (such as teachers or performers). We focus on healthy voice use, strengthening the voice, and improving voice quality and endurance.
